Colleen Perry began her soccer career with South Coast Soccer Club, eventually representing her high school varsity team. It was here that Colleen earned the opportunity to play in Europe during her sophomore and junior year, after which she returned to the States to attend the University of New England. She went on to play a role in helping the women's soccer team win the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship.

Following her graduation, she began coaching in the Olympic Development Program (ODP) before taking a hiatus to focus on her family. She returned to the game shortly thereafter, coaching club before being named the head coach girls soccer coach at Mount Saint Charles Academy, a position she still holds. She joined Surf in the Fall of 2023.
