A Rhode Island Native, Devan spent his youth days playing for numerous clubs throughout Rhode Island. He went on to represent Chariho High School before taking a post-grad year at Bridgton Academy in Maine. A short stint at Southern Connecticut State University was followed by 3 impressive seasons with the University of Hartford Men's Soccer program in which he captained the team throughout his entire stay. Following his college career, Devan moved into coaching with a club in Connecticut.

Devan's goal is to cultivate a genuine love and passion for the game while shaping well-rounded players both technically and mentally. While winning is important, his primary focus is on building a winning mindset and emphasizing a strong defensive work ethic. Devan's teams pursue success through hard work, commitment, and unity, always competing with integrity and showing respect on and off the field. He is a huge fan of Inter Milan.
