Martin started coaching at the young age of 14 and now has over 27 years of youth soccer coaching experience. He holds his USSF National B License and is currently the co-founder and Boys Director at Rhode Island Surf Soccer Club.

In addition to club soccer, Martin previously served as an RI ODP coach and academy director throughout an 8 year span from 2010-2018. In his early coaching days, Martin has served as the Head Varsity Coach at programs like Bay View Academy and Cranston West High School. In addition to coaching, Martin enjoys traveling, being a father, and supporting Liverpool FC!
