Your child will receive 3 meals a day plus dinner on day 1 after check in. Campers with special requests due to a food allergy are strongly encouraged to make the camp director aware of these needs as early as possible in order to accommodate all requests.

There will be a registered nurse or qualified athletic trainer at registration to collect players medical forms and medications.

Players are grouped according to age first, then ability (if enough participants in age group to create multiple different group levels). When the players first arrive at camp, they are placed into a group consisting of other players of the same age within the program. From there the staff evaluates the ability level of each individual over the first 2 training sessions and can adjust the groups accordingly.

A google form will be sent a couple of weeks before the camp. If both campers request one another we will make sure they room. If a roommate request is not made, a camper will be placed with another camper of the same age and gender.

Campers will be housed in the Portsmouth Abbey dorms that sleep 2-3 campers. Coaching staff will reside in the same building
