The London, UK native, Max Philpott, takes pride in prioritizing the development of players, allowing them to be promoted to our top teams. Philpott began coaching in the United States in 2014 and is proud to have been with Rhode Island Surf since it's inception in 2020. Before moving to the United States, Philpott played for his high school, university, and Muswell Hill Eagles FC, a club based in North London. When he is off the pitch, Philpott loves going to concerts and exploring the states with his wife, but it should be known that he is Arsenal through and through.
