RI Surf Elite Soccer Academy

Looking for a top notch summer training / high school soccer preparation program?  Tired of subpar summer training environments?  Looking for a challenge rather than checking a box?  The "Best of the Best", Rhode Island Surf, is excited to continue their very own Elite Soccer Academy for high school players.
The academy will consist of an 8 week series, 16 sessions, 2 hours per session, for a total of 32 hours of proper high school soccer season preparation.  The program is designed as the perfect combination of RI Surf's athletic performance with RI Surf's elite soccer training.  Players benefit from a program including, but not limited to, speed, agility, quickness, movement efficiency, explosiveness, and injury prevention exercises.  The athletic performance portion of training will transition to mirrored topics of movement with the soccer ball to increase dynamic ability and movement with the ball. Technical skill training will challenge our most advanced participants.  Training will also consist of individual / small group tactical topics, and scrimmage time. The entire session will incorporate conditioning throughout to mimic game-like conditions.
Academy participant numbers will be limited in order to ensure an elite training environment is maintained.  Register today to guarantee you are among the most fit and technically sharp players entering your upcoming high school season!
