Players will improve footspeed and dynamic ability both in space and on the ball. Sports specific activities will enhance performance in the areas of strength, agility, quickness, flexibility, and explosiveness, along with injury prevention exercises.

Additionally, players will spend half of their time working with the soccer ball to improve speed, touch, comfort, and confidence on the ball.  Technical skills/topics/combination exercises will be geared towards player development and adjusted appropriately to meet our youngest players while also challenging our senior players to advanced levels.
