Mike Clary is currently in his third season with Rhode Island Surf, bringing a competitive edge and deep understanding of game strategy to every team he coaches. He first began coaching with the Cumberland Youth Soccer Association, building strong, competitive teams and fostering lasting relationships within the program.

After finding plenty of success with CYSA, Mike moved into club soccer in 2023. He is known for holding his players to high standards both on and off the field and empowering them to take ownership of their development—an approach he also applies to his own continued growth as a coach.
