Growing up across the pond, Sam played for both Newport County and Cardiff City youth teams. Following the conclusion of his playing days, he made the transition into coaching and has gone on to hold numerous director roles at prominent youth soccer clubs in Massachusetts.

Sam's aim is to create an environment where hard work is expected, freedom and creativity are celebrated, and an understanding that failure and mistakes are simply tools players can use to improve. For Sam, it’s never about perfection, but rather effort and the attitude to want to get better every single time we come to practice. His practice sessions will always be full of high intensity, competitiveness and goals!
